Kayunga High Court Criminal Session to Handle 43 Matters

The Kayunga High Court Criminal Session kicked off on Monday June 05, 2023 presided over by Hon. Justice David Matovu.

A total of 43 matters will be handled within one month.

Sexual offenses form the bulk of the cases to be handled. The cause-list signed by the Mukono High Court Acting Deputy Registrar, HW Elizabeth Akullo indicates 22 Aggravated Defilement cases, four Rape cases will be handled.  

The other cases are; 13 Murder, two Aggravated Robbery, one Abduction and one Manslaughter.
